 Field Training Officers introduce newly assigned patrol officers to company procedures, legal aspects of private security, criminal and civil law and the day-to-day operations of being a patrol officer for Palisades Patrol.
All patrol officers are required to have a P.O.S.T. certified 832 class with firearms training or an equivalent course before completing their probationary period.
Field training officers are required to have at least two years of full-time security or law enforcement service in a patrol role with additional training classes.
